All teas are crafted in a FDA certified kitchen as per state law in Westchester County, NY and our ingredients are locally and sustainably sourced within the Tri-state area (NY, NJ, and CT). Tea bags and tea accessories, including packaging, are food safe. 

If you're ordering from us during our rebrand launch in February 2025, then your order will be processed and shipped the week of March 1st.

Of course you can! Please send a direct message to @tlmhapothecary on Instagram or an email to hello@tlmhapothecary.com stating what you're in need of and we'll be glad to offer advice. You can also meet us at local farmers markets during the summer season. Sign up for our newsletter to receive dates and locations for in person consultations.

All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service from Westchester, NY. Orders regularly ship in 2-3 business days. International shipping is not supported at this time. The Land of Milk & Honey Apothecary™️ LLC. is no longer responsible for packages after the first delivery attempt by your mail carrier. Please reach out to your post office if a package is delayed or lost in transit. TLMH insures all packages given to the post office, and will reimburse you if the mail carrier confirms that it cannot locate your order. 

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

If there is shipping damage to your products, please attach pictures in order to receive a new item. Full refunds guaranteed in extraordinary cases.

At The Land of Milk & Honey Apothecary™, we carefully formulate our products using high-quality herbs known for their effectiveness and safety. Our blends are crafted with herbal traditions in mind and are free from artificial additives, ensuring a natural approach to wellness.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Yes, herbs are great and can significantly aid in your mental, spiritual and sometimes physical condition. However, we here at The Land of Milk & Honey Apothecary™️ LLC. do not diagnose or treat illnesses or diseases of any sort. Please consult your medical care provider if you are unsure about any of our product offerings. 

St. John's Wort, in our Be Well Tea Blend, can interfere with certain antidepressants. Some nervine and adaptogenic herbs can cause allergies or upset stomach in excess, so drink your teas responsibly. And we provide full ingredients lists for a reason: we want you to research any herb you do not recognize.
